RankUno is looking for **AEM Author** primarily accountable for publishing, DAM, set up standard practices for authoring on the client’s websites via Adobe Experience Manager.

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and content publishing on the client’s websites via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5). You are expected to have hands on knowledge AEM or other variants of CMS.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content authoring needs of a given project
- Support multiple teams with content authoring in AEM pages using Content Fragments
- Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration, version control, and DAM asset management
- Resolve defects after QA testing and page reviews with a strong understanding of accessibility concerns
- Contribute and advocate for web development best practices such as adhering to AEM Style Guide
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various client groups, both verbally and in writing
- Skilled at editing and proofreading
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent with tight deadlines
- Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work independently

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1+ years in AEM Content Publishing
- Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.4 or higher
- Expert to create, manage, and publish the pages in AEM
- Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Knowledge of web standards.
- Experience of working on professional corporate websites, specific financial services experience.
- Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
- Experience with enterprise site-level authoring with the ability to work across a framework

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
