**Role: Architectural Designer**

**Location**: Delhi, India | Full-time, Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings using Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
- Translate client briefs into space plans, design concepts, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to deliver USA/UK-standard outputs.
- Ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and adherence to client specifications.
- Support in creating construction documentation, BOQs, and technical detailing.
- Contribute to design reviews, provide revisions, and ensure timely project delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatory.

✔ 1-4 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer.

✔ Experience in USA/UK-based projects.

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion.

✔ Strong design sense with ability to translate concepts into visuals.

✔ Understanding of international codes/standards, detailing, and documentation.

✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
