Qualifications/Skillset Requirements
- 4 to 6 yrs relevant work experience in SDET role
- Ability to design test strategy, test plan and has strong functional testing experience with STLC
- Strong hands-on experience with Desktop-based Automation using tools like WinAppDriver, Winium, UFT, Tosca or similar
- Proficient in Java, TestNG, Selenium, and related tech stack for UI/API Test Automation
- Domain SME with Pharmacy and healthcare
- Good to have knowledge of web services standards, API Testing, and related technologies (REST, SOAP, XML) using Postman or similar tools
- Experience in developing automation scripts using various framework approaches like Modular, Keyword-driven, and Data-driven
- Analyzing functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for test cases and test scripts
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Sharepoint, Rally, wiki, etc
- Should have worked on source code management tools like GIT/SVN
- Experience integrating the test framework with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium Grid) in cloud and data-center based infrastructure
- Experience working in Agile development methodology and fast-paced delivery model
- Propensity to probe and find defects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in self-motivated internal-innovation driven environment
- Experience in a global matrix organization
- Ability to quickly understand code and specifications

Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently be able to work and deliver Quality working closely within scrum teams
- Breakdown complex tasks into smaller chunks of work and clear understanding of defined tasks
- Ability to quickly understand complex functionalities and build automation assets with reusability, stability, and high quality
- Root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion
- Ability to collaborate with test engineers, SDETs, developers, and other stakeholders
- Passionate to innovate & implement ideas to address efficiency, best practices, improved processes, and custom solutions
- Communicate daily status reports in Scrum and participate in agile ceremonies
- Document process, designs, test results, and analysis reports
