Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop improvement plans.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to streamline operations.

3. Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and eliminate waste.

4. Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.

6. Provide training and guidance to team members on operational excellence principles and methodologies.

7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments as required.

8. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence to drive innovation and improvement.

9. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

10. Prepare and present reports on operational performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in using data analysis software and tools.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

9. Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives.

10. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related field is a plus.
