**What you’ll do**

We are looking for an accomplished Senior SAP Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality results consistently. You will be contributing to SAP's global strategy of helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to becoming intelligent enterprises.
- Understand the customer business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions and services
- Support adoption of new services / solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP)
- Manage all engagement delivery lifecycle phases
- Analyze the customer’s technical requirements and organize / co-ordinate experts team and drive those topics to resolution to the satisfaction of the customer
- Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Shape & monitor the Scrum processes and meetings, ensuring they are productive and keep the team focused on the goal Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments, ensuring the team’s progress towards the common goal

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills to effectively manage critical situations
- Familiarity with best practices such as code reviews and automated testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality products Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in agile and project management
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through the agile process and help them overcome challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues and conflicts within the team or organization Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality products
- Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in agile and project management Experience in scaling agile working models Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, (SAFe) Agile Certified Practitioner) is preferred, but not mandatory
