**We are hiring for Chief Financial Officer in our Organization he/ she should be Chartered Accountant Only From Real Estate Companies From delhi /Ncr Preferred Minimum 15-20 Years Of Finance Experience Of Which 5 Years In Real Estate Is A Must and experience and knowledge about RERA**
- **Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.**:

- **Debt Restructuring/Funding**:

- **Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.**:

- **Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off**:

- **Must have handled minimum 10 Member team**:

- **Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.**:

- **Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.**:

- **Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.**:

- **Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.**:

- **Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making Groom next level of capable young leaders in the team.**

**Qualification**:

- **CA with 15-20 years of experience with a Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Finance**:

- **Excellent oral and written communication**:

- **Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.**:

- **Reporting to COO/CEO**

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
