- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate their integration into the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of industry roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,336.41 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
