DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for cleaning designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements.

2. Set tables ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.

3. Ensure that after the guest has left, all tables are cleared and chairs are set up in the right position.

4. Regularly update self with menu knowledge of food and beverage.

5. Assist guest in case they need help.

6. Serve water to guests upon request.

7. Clear used crockery, cutlery and glassware once guest is through and deliver to the wash-up area.

8. Clean and reset table as soon as the guests have left and inform the Hostess/Manager.

9. The tables and the chairs must be cleaned thoroughly before the commencement of the service.

10. Inform Manager of negative comments.

11. Side Station:

- Water jugs to be full of cold water.
- Cutlery to be in appropriate drawers
- Ensure that menu cards are clean and sufficient for section

1. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

2. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Completely familiarizes himself with policies and procedures related to fire, emergencies, safety, first aid and security as described in the relevant sections of this manual.

3. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

4. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

5. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other team

members

6. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

7. He shall carry out any other duties, functions and projects assigned to him from time to time by his seniors.

RUNNER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Constantly ensure that orders are being served course-wise by tallying with service copy of the KOT.

2. Pick up food and carry to the table as instructed by Captain.

3. At the table, announce the item and place before the guest.

4. He shall keep the Captain updated on the availability or non-availability of items in the kitchen. He shall also communicate items that need to be pushed.

5. Pick up clean plates from mis-en-place and deliver to kitchen.
