
Sales Coordinator- Female

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to **fluorescent pigments and Holi colours**:
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business
- Assist in preparing quotations, product brochures, and client proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
- Track orders, payments, and client feedback
- Support in digital campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on client interactions
**Desired Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
- Strong lead generation and follow-up abilities
- Smart working, adaptable, and confident personality
- Good understanding of AI tools and digital platforms
- Tech-savvy: Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on their feet
- Good sense of teamwork and coordination
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable
- Ability to suggest practical, actionable solutions
- Basic understanding of pigments/chemicals/seasonal product sales is a plus
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Business)
- Only Female
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, B2B sales, or marketing
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably regional language
- Experience with industrial or seasonal (Holi) product sales will be valued
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
