Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
**Answering and Directing Phone Calls**: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
**Scheduling Appointments and Meetings**: Coordinating schedules and calendars for managers and team members. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls as requested.
**Reporting**:Prepare the over all works reports like Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Update to the appropriate teams or admin
**Client Requirments**: Understanding Client Requirments and Update/Assign to the appropriate teams
**Handling Other Duties as Assigned**: Assisting with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the efficient operation of the office and the organization.
**Salary**: ₹12,086.00 - ₹26,648.71 per month
Schedule:

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
