**Job Title: Recovery Sales Specialist**
**Exp: 2+yrs**
**Location: Kolkata, West Bengal**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct field visits to locate and recover company assets, such as equipment or machinery.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure the proper handling of recovered assets.
- Develop and maintain a detailed database of assets, including location, status, and condition.
- Implement strategies to minimize asset loss and maximize recovery efficiency.
- Prepare reports on asset recovery activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry specific to the company].
- Experience in asset recovery, collections, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
