We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Tele Sales Executives** to promote and sell travel packages over the phone. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, offering suitable packages, and converting leads into bookings. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain travel packages and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer needs and suggest customized travel options.
- Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Minimum HSC (12th pass).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in phone conversations.
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to learn.
