Position: Telecaller(Only Female)

Role description: To promote the management programs (Online/Distance) offered by ICFAI

Group. The telecaller typically contacts the database through telephone and

identify the right prospect/lead by validating their details and interest level

for our Programs. The leads will be nurtured by a senior counsellor for

further counselling and admission.

Qualifications: A) Graduation in any discipline

B) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Vernacular

C) Computer savy

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in telemarketing or customer support.

Preferred industry background - Education, FMCG, Telecom, Banking,

Financial services, Insurance, Call center, BPO, etc.

Age: 21 to 28 years

Location ______Kokata_____

Salary would be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
