Social Media Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. The Social Media Intern will assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy, creating and curating content, and engaging with our online community.

**Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
- Collaborate with other departments to create and share content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track success and adjust strategy accordingly
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or Masters's degree in marketing or relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in Social media management

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative and able to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics is a plus

**Required Skills/Experience/Characteristics**:

- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs), Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Web-based tools, etc...
- Strong research and brainstorming skills are required to produce highly creative and unique content
- Must have a natural flair for writing & be able to deliver content that perfectly works for the Web
- Write exceptional content, original, grammatical-error-free, technically/conceptually authentic
- A strong presence on social media and Experience with social media properties
- Base-level understanding of search engine optimization and keyword usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Good written and oral communication proficiency in English
- Should be conversant in your regional language and Hindi would be added advantage

**Interview process**:
We don't have a complicated multi-level process like corporates. But we do have 2-3 rounds to filter good talent. 1-2 rounds of online interviews, and one round of In-person interviews. Also, there will be a small writing exercise/assignment component as part of the interview process.
