**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop Western wear collections that resonate with current trends.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to showcase new ideas.
- Collaborate with the design team for fabric selection, color palettes, and garment construction.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques in Western fashion.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the designs are executed perfectly.
- Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Present and communicate design ideas clearly to management and other stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in designing Western apparel.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise in Western designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Excellent knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern-making.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:
