We are hiring reliable, deadline-driven welders with **2-8 years of experience** to join our skilled team. Work includes **structural fabrication, crane manufacturing**, and tasks like cutting, drilling, and using gas ratios.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate materials and tools across multiple production lines
- Interpret blueprints and perform MIG/TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Weld and repair door assemblies to meet quality standards
- Assist in training new staff
- Ensure parts meet specifications and clean welds as needed
- Work under supervision and maintain safety standards

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of welding experience (ARC, MIG, TIG - 6G Welder )
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
