Job Role : Direct sales Representative
**Job Description**:
1.His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
2. He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
3. He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
4. Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region. Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators
5. Bike mandatory.

Requirement:
Qualification : Any degree(No standing arrears)
Experience: 06 to 1 year(in sales)
Age : Below 25 years
vehicle : Two wheeler with license(must)
Gender : Male
Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 50%
The graduation must be through a full time and regular day course
Engineers will not be considered
Should be an Indian citizen
