Tour and Travel Sales Executive

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing travel company specializing in creating memorable domestic and international tour packages. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach by providing clients with tailored travel solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable tour and travel packages.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, deals, and offers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about destinations, transportation, accommodations, and other services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and bookings in CRM.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and in-house teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new travel destinations, trends, and company offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling domestic and international tour packages from India.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of popular travel destinations, both domestic and international.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be willing to work in-office and visit the office daily.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if experience meets criteria.
