Looking for a seasoned dynamic progressive Principal to guide, supervise and train teachers to deliver excellent academics and encourage blended learning.

The Principal has to be a seasoned hands on professional, a multi Tasker and ensure student enrollment increases three fold from its current strength in a span of two years.

Principal has to ensure all statutatory norms are taken care as per state and central board norms. Principal has to keep track of staff and student records. Principal has to ensure excellent performance of Board students.

Principal should ensure that school facilities remain safe for students and faculty and plan regular maintenance of school grounds and equipment.

Principal should ensure NEP is implemented and implement new techniques to improve the experience of both students and teachers.

Overall, principal responsibilities include:
Increasing student admissions

Minimize student dropouts and teacher attrition

Setting performance objectives for students and teachers

Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols

Overviewing administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records)

Prepare school budgets and ensure no misappropriation of school funds takes place.

Prepare policies for whole school and conduct regular audits

To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education policy and its regulations. Excellent communication in English and Hindi and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Minimum experience
- 5 years as Principal of CBSE school k to 12. Preferably Female

Age
- 45 to 55 years

6 days a week, 8 to 10 hours

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
