Brief Description:
Person will be responsible for receiving goods from production and organizing dispatches to customer fulfilling all commercial and statutory requirements.

Job Description (JD):

- Organizes transporters for such dispatches. - Coordinates with Cross functional team, customers, to make the dispatches smooth and appropriate. - Up keeping of Documents related to Logistics dispatches and timely submission of Finance related documents for Finance.. - MIS - Commitment to fulfill customer requirement with close customer coordination. - Strong warehouse, logistics, and dispatching experience of a manufacturing Plant. - Excellent working knowledge of computers and logistic systems - Familiarity with transport regulations laid down by Various States. - Scheduling dispatch of finished products coordinating with the production and sales team - Supervise the work of dispatch team, Loading, unloading and assigned them their roles and duties, as instructed by seniors - Handles ,organizes MHEs - Maintain delivery confirmation receipts for company's records - Ensure strict compliance to the freight regulations and laws. - Experience in Import, Export & Domestic.

Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience):

- Bachelor's Degree - Commerce / Management/Science/Math's - 7 to 9 yrs. in manufacturing & trading environment.

Competencies / Skills:
Excellent in MS Office, SAP, Internet. - Strong oral and written communication skills - Solid organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail and meet specified deadlines with quality.

LOCATION: Regal Rexnord Euroflex Hyderabad Office:
Incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
