**JD - Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: NX-One, Techzone-4, Greater Noida
**Employment Type**: Full-time (Alternate Saturdays Off)
**Work Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Experience**: 1+ year
**Compensation**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across **Google (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta (Facebook, Instagram)** platforms.
- Manage daily campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure strong ROI.
- Develop and implement **SMM strategies** to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Conduct **keyword research**, on-page & off-page **SEO activities**, and content optimization to boost organic visibility.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and social content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.
- Monitor analytics, identify performance insights, and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, and SEO**.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking — capable of interpreting data and turning insights into action.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and proactive with a growth mindset.
