Vh1, Comedy Central and Colors Infinity round up the international content offering bouquet - from music to multi-genre entertainment - for the upscale urban youth. While the YME cluster has a very active and engaged user base on OTT and Social Media platforms, the business has already pivoted towards being future-ready, with digital-first brands like Fully Faltoo and KaanPhod Music. In a nutshell, the YME Cluster is a lean, agile, modular and consumer-focused team creating platform-agnostic content for the Indian youth.

**What will you do?**:

- ** Clip Cuts - Create Promos for Shows, other properties, AV’s**:Deliver on Programming briefs with Entertaining, On-Brand Show Promos and Idents. Fetch, and log show content to Use in making clip based promos. Assemble content edits, select music tracks and brief offline editors, audio engineers, VO artists, and On-Air graphics teams. Also use Show content and Brand assets innovatively to create clip based, graphic designed Channel ID’s
- ** Live Shoots & Post - For show content launch, brand marketing initiatives **:Deliver for Content and Marketing briefs with ideas, scripts and visual treatments. Narrate and pitch these to stakeholders Work with art and design departments, create storyboards, brief the Production Manager. Direct the process of casting, art for locations or sets, costume styling. Identify the right locations, decide on and brief a DOP on the look and intended color grade. Direct live action shoot with Brief and work with offline editors, supervise the color grade, brief graphic designers and related artists
- ** Brand Understanding**: Develop a clear understanding of the brand's values, mission, and goals. Stay updated on new media initiatives and incorporate them into promo concepts
- ** Cross-Functional Coordination**: Coordinate with telecast, programming, and scheduling teams for the seamless dispatch and telecast of promos. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to on-air branding
- ** Adaptability**: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond the scope of the role as needed. Flexibility to embrace new challenges and contribute to the team's success
- ** Experience**:A track record of 2+ years in producing promos for TV, Digital shows, and Movies. Strong grasp of film craft and a keen enthusiasm for learning more
- ** Professional Background**:Previous experience within agencies, production houses, or broadcast is preferred
- ** Innovator**:An innovative thinker with a proactive problem-solving attitude, who demonstrates a good sense of aesthetics and proficiency in visual treatment
