**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the customer care team to ensure they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer care representatives, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to update the team on performance metrics, company news, and service strategies.
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Train new customer care representatives and organize ongoing training sessions for existing staff.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service activities and performance to the management team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers and support the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
