"Job Title: Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial health and stability.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders.

Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments to optimize returns and mitigate risks.

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on capital investments, pricing, cost management, and other strategic initiatives.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior financial management role, ideally within [industry sector].

Strong understanding of financial principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and organizational success.
