Bilingual Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving queries.
- Promote and sell products/services as per company requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and follow-up as needed.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in Hindi + Punjabi or Hindi + Bengali (both spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
