Sales Strategy and Execution - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Data Management and Analysis - Maintain accurate records of all sales figures, reporting systems, and sales databases. Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
- CRM Management - Oversee the CRM system; ensure it functions smoothly, captures essential data, and is utilized effectively by the sales team. Train new users and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement new tools and technologies as needed.
- Sales Support - Provide direct support to sales teams in large complex deals and ensure that all administrative and operational aspects are managed effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication - Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance departments to ensure aligned objectives and timely execution of business strategies.
- Training and Development - Develop and deliver training materials related to sales techniques, processes, and tools. Ensure that the sales team is knowledgeable about the latest sales practices and technologies.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role within a sales-focused environment.
