- Good understanding of dimensioning, scaling and wood framing operations
- Amazing ability to develop building plans
- Ability to draft detailed multi view drawings of products
- Immense ability to participate in training programs
- Outstanding ability to develop complete drawing sets

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree in technical drafting or drafting certifications a minimum; Will consider work experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years experience in a drafting background, preferably in a construction industry, door / window/ glass /aluminum work / interior
- Experience working with both AutoCAD and Solidworks
- Good Communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a design team and handle multiple designs
- Mechanical Skills: Proper use of measurement instruments including caliper, micrometer, and comparator
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical
