**Job Title**: Video and Photo Editor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Editing**: Edit videos and photos to create engaging and visually appealing content that meets our brand standards and objectives. This includes cutting, trimming, and arranging footage, as well as adjusting colors, lighting, and other visual elements.
- **Creative Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for video and photo projects. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- **Storyboarding**: Assist in the creation of storyboards and shot lists for video projects, ensuring that the narrative and visual elements are cohesive and effective in conveying our message.
- **Post-Production**: Manage the post-production process, including sound editing, color grading, and adding visual effects or graphics as needed. Ensure that all final deliverables are polished and professional.
- **Quality Control**: Review and finalize all video and photo projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and marketing professionals, to coordinate efforts and achieve project goals.
- **Organization**: Maintain an organized library of footage, photos, and other assets for easy access and retrieval. Keep track of project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in video editing, photo editing, or a related field. Previous experience working in a creative agency or similar environment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and feedback with team members and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in video and photo editing. Samples of both long-form and short-form content are preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in film production, photography, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
