**Job Title**: Jira Administrator

**Location**: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune

**Client: Oracle**

**Experience: 2 years - 4 years**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with strong expertise in Jira configuration and customization.
- **Hands-on experience with Jira add-ons, including Advanced Roadmaps, Zephyr, JSU, and Script Runner.**:

- **Proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) and comfortable with scripting and automation.**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to support end-users.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and configure Jira projects and workflows.
- Create and manage custom fields, issue type schemes, screen schemes, notification schemes, priorities schemes, and permission schemes tailored to specific projects and teams.
- Customize Jira to align with organizational needs, ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Design, set up, and manage Jira filters for reporting.
- **Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring project progress.**:

- **Utilize JQL (Jira Query Language) for advanced issue searches and reporting.**:

- Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving Jira issues.
- Ensure optimal performance of the Jira environment by addressing user concerns and technical issues promptly.
- Perform bulk issue imports and issue migrations between projects using CSV.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency during migrations.
- **Manage, configure, and administer Jira add-ons such as Advanced Roadmaps, Zephyr, JSU, and Script Runner.**:

- Customize and optimize scripts using Script Runner to enhance Jira functionalities.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into Jira configurations.
- Communicate effectively to provide updates and training to users on Jira best practices and new features.
