- **Blue Poppy Premier**, Joshimath: A premium property combining comfort and elegance for discerning travelers.

We also specialize in facilitating "Valley of Flowers" travel packages, ensuring memorable journeys for our guests. We are now looking for a motivated and dynamic **Resort and Travel Booking Operator** to join our office in Sector 8, Panchkula.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to bookings and package details.
- Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about resort facilities, packages, and availability.
- Manage communications with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- **Booking Management**:

- Process and confirm reservations for all Blue Poppy properties and travel packages.
- Maintain accurate booking records using the reservation system.
- Collaborate with resort teams to ensure smooth operations and check-ins.
- **Feedback Handling**:

- Address guest feedback regarding their experiences and escalate issues if needed.
- Maintain records of feedback to support service improvements.
- **Agent Coordination**:

- Communicate with travel agents to handle bulk bookings and special requests.
- Keep agents informed about resort availability, offers, and promotions.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly booking and inquiry reports.
- Ensure records and communications are precise and professional.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a bonus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and friendly approach to resolving guest inquiries and issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
