**DEPARTMENT**:MAINTENANCE (ENGG) **DESIGNATION**:HVAC TECHNICIAN **QUALIFICATIONS**: DIPLOMA (MECH/ECE/EEE) **NO OF VACANCIES**:3 NOS. **EXPERIENCE**:5-8 YEARS IN RELAVENT FIELD **COMPENSATION**:3.6 TO 4.5 LPA **JOB LOCATION**:VISAKHAPATNAM **JOB DESCRIPTION**: **Responsibilities**: - Hands of experience and troubleshooting expert in HVAC system. - Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment’s. - Checking of HT, LT, DG, Solar, HVAC, Pneumatic, Scissor Jack, Domestic Water & De Duster. - Monitoring Overall Operating and Maintenance activities up to breakdown Control, AMC follow ups. - To carry out Planned & Corrective Maintenance Tasks. - Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. - Maintain readings of HT, LT, SOLAR, UPS, Chiller Plant, AHU, DG & Tank Levels. - Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment’s required to execute the maintenance work. - Communicate with Manager in case of major breakdown or Emergency tasks. - Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work. - Responding to breakdown, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising and technical staff. - Obtaining specialist in HAVC System - Follow the safety Regulations and procedures while performing the Maintenance work **COMPANY TYPE: MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING** INTERESTED & ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES SHARE THEIR UPDATED CV/RESUME FOR MORE DETAILS CONTACT +91 96420 95595 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - HVAC Technician: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person
