**COMPENSATION**:3.6 TO 4.5 LPA

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Hands of experience and troubleshooting expert in HVAC system.
- Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment’s.
- Checking of HT, LT, DG, Solar, HVAC, Pneumatic, Scissor Jack, Domestic Water & De Duster.
- Monitoring Overall Operating and Maintenance activities up to breakdown Control, AMC follow ups.
- To carry out Planned & Corrective Maintenance Tasks.
- Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities.
- Maintain readings of HT, LT, SOLAR, UPS, Chiller Plant, AHU, DG & Tank Levels.
- Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment’s required to execute the maintenance work.
- Communicate with Manager in case of major breakdown or Emergency tasks.
- Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work.
- Responding to breakdown, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising and technical staff.
- Obtaining specialist in HAVC System
- Follow the safety Regulations and procedures while performing the Maintenance work
