**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate site labor and sub-contractors.
- Oversee the unloading, measurement, and management of materials such as sand, stone chips, and other construction materials.
- Ensure accurate material measurement before unloading.
- Maintain material inventory and ensure proper storage.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment on the site.
- Report daily progress to the project manager.
- Handle any on-site challenges with labor or materials and provide effective solutions.
- Should know Bengali, or Hindi for communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
- Strong ability to manage and resolve labor-related issues on-site.
- Experience in measuring construction materials.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Must be willing to stay on-site throughout the project duration.
