**Qualifications**:

- For Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics: B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, IITians, NITians
- For Biology: MBBS, BDS, M.Sc

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures.
- Prepare and provide comprehensive course material, including notes and assignments.
- Conduct regular tests and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Mentor and guide students to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

**Selection Process**:

- **Faculty Interview**: A thorough discussion of teaching philosophy, strategies, and experience.
- **Classroom Demo**: Demonstrate your teaching skills in a live classroom setting.
