**Job Purpose**

To manage and oversee day-to-day accounting, financial operations, compliance, and reporting activities for the garment/apparel business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory norms.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliances applicable in the garment/apparel industry.
- Monitor cost controls, budgeting, and variance analysis specific to apparel manufacturing/trading.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audits.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost sheet preparation for garments.
- Maintain vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Support management with MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with production and merchandising teams to align finance with business operations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in garment/apparel industry preferred (costing, inventory, vendor management).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / relevant accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter).
- 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the **Garments/Apparel industry**.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial discipline, and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
