**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure that orders are prepared and ready for dispatch.
- Monitor the loading process and ensure that the correct products are shipped to the right destinations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure the accurate tracking and management of stock levels for dispatch.
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure all goods are checked and verified before dispatch to avoid errors or damages.
- **Coordination with Transportation Providers**:

- Work closely with transportation vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure that shipments are dispatched on time and monitor the progress of deliveries.
- Track and resolve any delays or issues related to transportation.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all dispatch-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes, are completed accurately.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods, including shipment details and tracking information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols in all dispatch operations.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Communication**:

- Communicate with customers or customer service teams to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
- Address any complaints or concerns regarding delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.
- Ensure that customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time to maintain satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor the performance of dispatch operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on dispatch performance, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize dispatch processes and reduce costs.
- **Safety & Quality Control**:

- Ensure that safety and quality standards are met during the loading, dispatch, and transportation process.
- Implement and monitor procedures to prevent damage to goods during handling and transport.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations in the dispatch area.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing teams is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional overtime, depending on dispatch volumes.
- Some physical work may be required, including overseeing loading and unloading of goods.
- Potential for shift work or weekend work based on operational needs.

Pay: ₹10,232.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
