**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (text, images, videos, etc.) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Monitor and participate in trending conversations to enhance brand visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic).
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to meet specific objectives like lead generation, brand awareness,

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
