**Role Description**

This is a full-time on campus for a Training and Placement Manager at Accurate Group of Institutions in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Training and Placement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing placement activities, fostering industry relationships, coordinating with students and faculty, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain industry partnerships
- Experience in career counseling and placement services
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of educational trends and industry requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
