Roles and Responsibilities of TPO Cell

1. Maintain Students Data from 2020 onwards.

2. Maintain Placement and Internship records from 2020 onwards

3. Search recruiters on Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed and other mediums.

4. Learn Pod al tool and update all the date on POD and maintain in excel

5. Create Students and Faculty Coordinators for tasks.

6. Manage Minutes of Meetings of the Departments.

7. Interact with Companies through virtually or physically visit

8. Sign MOU and maintain the records of MOUS.

9. Maintain complete attendance record of all placement related activities for each students

10. Maintain complete record of placement drives, Photos etc

11 Update PPT of placement events

12. Create Recruitment drive and complete all the steps like registration of students, Follow up with HRS and Students and closing the drive

13. Get Corporate feedbacks after placements

14. Manage Social Media Posters for workshop, seminars, drive and selection 15. Maintain Bills of placement related expenses.

17 Cleaning of the Departments

18 Hospitality of Guests

19 Website updation for placement events

20 Maintain attendance record of placement deptt members and arrangements of seminar halls, cars, class room, labs etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Training and Placement: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
