**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand positioning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and social media presence.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the reservations and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage the hotel's online reputation and respond to guest reviews and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Train and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:
