- We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Inspection and Dispatch Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the railway industry.
- The Inspection and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for overseeing inspection processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating dispatch activities within the railway manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inspection Management**:
Oversee inspection activities for railway components and products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Develop and implement inspection procedures, checklists, and protocols to ensure thorough examination of components.

Coordinate with inspection teams to conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing as required.

Review inspection reports, identify defects or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

**Quality Assurance**:
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold product quality and reliability.

Collaborate with production teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Dispatch Coordination**:
Coordinate dispatch activities for finished products, ensuring timely delivery to customers or internal distribution centers.

Liaise with logistics teams to schedule transportation, manage loading/unloading operations, and track shipment statuses.

Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate dispatch activities and resolve any issues or delays.

**Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for finished products and raw materials.

Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Prepare inspection and dispatch-related documentation, including inspection reports, dispatch records, and shipping documents.

Generate periodic reports on inspection findings, dispatch activities, and inventory levels for management review.

Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection and dispatch roles within the railway industry.
- Thorough understanding of inspection techniques, quality assurance principles, and dispatch procedures.
- Familiarity with railway components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics coordination tools is desirable.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
