As a Telesales Consultant, you will be an essential part of our sales force, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients. Your primary goal will be to showcase our services and drive customer leads while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

1➜Introduce our products/services and highlight their features, benefits, and value propositions.

2➜Understand the needs and requirements of prospects and tailor your pitch accordingly.

3➜Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by potential customers.

4➜Follow-up on leads generated through various sources and schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations.

5➜Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers.

1➜Proven experience as a sales or in a similar sales role.

2➜Ability to confidently present and explain products/services to potential customers.
