**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Promote and sell Aiwo healthcare programs to potential clients.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Present, promote, and explain Aiwo’s healthcare offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing any objections or concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree is a must; Master's preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
