**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive practical training sessions on Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Tally prime, Quick books, Zoho, Gst filing & return.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans, lectures, and presentations.
- Provide both theoretical and practical training to ensure students gain hands-on experience. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update the curriculum to align with current industry standards and practices.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Track and report on student progress and performance.

**Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful learning environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise in the classroom.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in accounting, finance, taxation, and Tally.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in industry standards and regulations.
- Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Support and Mentoring**:

- Offer support and mentoring to students during and after the training sessions.
- Address students’ questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide career guidance and advice to help students achieve their professional goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts and Finance Trainer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, taxation, and Tally software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and develop effective training materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and online training platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse learners.

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹9,242.27 - ₹48,283.51 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
