**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and target international markets to promote and sell IAPL Institute's training and educational programmes.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and successful client onboarding.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service sector. Non-IT background is essential.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage international clients effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- **International Exposure**: Prior experience working with international clients or markets is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to shifting priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to track leads and manage client relationships.
- **Education**: A graduate degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Relations) is a plus.
