We're looking for a skilled and passionate Photo Editor and Retoucher to join our team and help bring our creative vision to life.

The Photo Editor and Retoucher will be responsible for enhancing and refining images to match our studio’s high standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to create polished, professional results. You will work closely with our photographers to ensure consistency and excellence in all final images, as well as assist with album and layout design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Retouch and enhance photos to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Edit images for various styles, including weddings, pre-weddings, maternity, and baby photoshoots.
- Design and layout albums to tell a cohesive and compelling story.
- Organize and manage photo libraries, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with photographers to maintain a consistent editing style and meet project deadlines.

**Skills Required**:

- **Photo Editing**: Advanced skills in color correction, exposure adjustment, and other photo-editing techniques.
- **Retouching**: Proficiency in skin retouching, removing blemishes, and enhancing image details.
- **Album Design and Layout**: Experience in creating cohesive and attractive album layouts.

**Software Proficiency**:

- **Adobe Photoshop**: Advanced knowledge in editing, retouching, and compositing.
- **Adobe Lightroom**: Strong skills in managing and processing raw images efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in photo editing and retouching, preferably in a photography studio environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and an eye for detail, with a passion for storytelling through images.
