**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar and Schedule Management**: Coordinate and manage daily appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure the smooth flow of daily activities, avoiding scheduling conflicts.
- **Document and File Management**: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
- **Travel Coordination**: Book and arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items. Ensure meeting logistics are organized, including room bookings and necessary materials.
- **Personal Errands**: Assist with personal tasks, including managing household schedules, making appointments, and organizing events.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects as assigned, conducting research, creating reports, or helping to track progress.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a can-do approach to all
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
