We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role **IRR Business Support**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- The Business Support is responsible for ensuring accurate data management for the central Cost & Headcount team to allow for consistence reporting across the Programme, Specifically, this means:

- Managing the monthly headcount approvals (Perms, Contractors, Consultants) process in Appian.
- Position ID & Taleo clean up and tracking across the IRR Programme.
- Responsible for raising CAP & Appian requests in the system and tracking them to approval status.
- Weekly headcount reconciliation between central tracker and GHA reports.
- Follow up with relevant teams to track new joiners and map approved ‘hiring codes’ in central tracker.
- Ownership of the central finance and resourcing tracker, inputting updates, extracting ad-hoc data when required.
- Responsible for monthly review of Fieldglass report and GHA reports.
- Support with the central Cost & Headcount team with general administrative tasks
- Preparation of senior executive level MI to provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis of the progress of the overall IRR Programme.
- Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach, to support execution of the IRR Programme at pace and with minimum conflict.
- Provide support to ensure that internal and external regulatory requirements are met.
- Support the identification of the stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment.
- Perform on-going documentation management & QA; Raise quality issues if required.
- Perform periodic ‘health checks’ and audit readiness assessments.
- Prepare the team for audits, raising audit readiness assessment issues.
- Escalate items for attention to the Resourcing Lead or Finance Business partner.
Requirements

**Qualifications - External**
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, headcount management process is essential
- Preferred strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data and provide meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, presentations)
- Track record of working in a complex business change Programme across a global, regional and local structure would be advantageous
- Be able to act quickly and complete deliverables timely in a faced-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
- Experienced with documentation management and quality assurance, excellent MS Power point and MS Excel skills and high attention to detail
