**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster children's growth and learning across various domains, including language and literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music, and physical education.
- **Child-Centered Learning**: Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, curiosity, and independent discovery. Use a play-based approach to promote active engagement and hands-on learning experiences.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and developmental levels of children in the classroom. Provide support and accommodations for children with special needs or learning challenges.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Assess children's progress and development through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment tools. Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions, set learning goals, and communicate progress to parents or guardians.
- **Social and Emotional Development**: Support children's social and emotional development by promoting positive relationships, conflict resolution skills, empathy, self-regulation, and resilience. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and collaborative communication with parents or guardians, including sharing information about children's learning experiences, milestones, and challenges. Provide support, guidance, and resources for families to promote continuity between home and school.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish clear expectations, routines, and behavioral guidelines to promote a positive and structured learning environment. Use positive behavior management strategies, reinforcement techniques, and redirection to support children's self-discipline and cooperation.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, training, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills, stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, and fulfill continuing education requirements.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times, following hygiene practices, safety protocols, and emergency procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free classroom environment.
- **Graduation+NTT/B.ED/Montessori Training**
