- Implement usability testing and analyze results to refine and optimize designs.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design compelling and cohesive graphics for digital and print materials.
- Develop brand assets, including logos, icons, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
- Communicate design ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to meet project requirements.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma tool for website mockups, user interfaces and mobile apps designs
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
