**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (**ZOHO**).
- Fluency in **English / Hindi**.
